1 pound chicken breasts no bones
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cheese (Parmesan will be perfect)
1 pound cooked pasta
Firstly, you should heat the olive oil, medium heat. And then you should add the chicken, salt, and pepper. And cook it all.
Later you should add both onion and garlic. And cook them all around 5 minutes.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and heavy cream. So, bring to a simmer and cook around 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta. Toss to coat.
For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of heavy cream.
