NAMEDROP FEATURE With iOS 17, several new features will come to devices that support the update. Apple introduced the “NameDrop” feature, allowing the sharing of a “user business card” when two iPhones are brought close together, making it much easier to exchange contact information. OFFLINE MAP With iOS 17, you can now save an area on the map to your iPhone and explore it offline. You can view information on location cards, such as operating hours and reviews, and get turn-by-turn directions when driving or walking to a destination. STANDBY MODE You can make your iPhone more user-friendly by keeping it in a horizontal position while charging. You can easily keep track of ongoing activities, such as live events, instant sports scores, or the status of your food delivery, by viewing them in full screen.
